2. Booking & Service Requests

  • Requests are sent to independent event planners, who will provide a custom quote.
  •  Submitting a request does not guarantee availability—planners respond based on
    demand.
  • Clients must confirm bookings and payments directly with the assigned event planner.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Date Planner Miami does not charge a membership fee; planners set their own pricing.
  • Clients agree to pay planners directly for services rendered.
  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the event planner’s policies.

4. Communication & Conduct

  •  Clients must communicate professionally and respectfully with event planners.
  • Any spam, fraud, or inappropriate behavior may result in membership termination.
  • Sharing personal details should be done only through secure communication
    channels.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Date Planner Miami is a booking platform—we do not provide planning services
    directly.
  •  We are not liable for disputes, damages, or unsatisfactory services provided by event
    planners.
  •  Clients should review and confirm all details before making payments.
