Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Failure to pay may result in membership suspension or termination.
Members are responsible for creating and managing their own date planning services.
Any bookings or transactions with clients must be handled professionally and ethically.
Members must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding event planning and
services.
The use of fraudulent, misleading, or unethical business practices is strictly prohibited.
Members may connect with clients through the Elite Planner Hub platform.
All communications should remain professional and respectful.
Members are independent contractors and not employees of Date Planner Miami.
The platform does not guarantee a specific number of clients or income levels.
Members may promote their services within the platform’s guidelines.
Any advertising or marketing done through the platform must be truthful and accurate.
Date Planner Miami reserves the right to remove or modify any misleading or inappropriate
content.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service.
Any violation of these terms may result in membership suspension or termination.
Elite Planner Hub reserves the right to terminate any account for misuse, fraud, or policy
violations.
Members may appeal a termination by contacting support.
Elite Planner Hub provides a platform for independent planners but is not responsible for their
individual services.
We are not liable for disputes between planners and clients.
Members assume full responsibility for their business operations and client interactions.
These terms may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes agreement to the new terms.
